四、简述本专业学科发展现状，本人开展教育教学的思路、设想和计划。本人从事小学数学学科教学。小学数学课程应体现基础性、普及性和发展性，数学教学面向全体学生，实现人人学有价值的数学；不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。

数学学科的教育理念在最近几年的变革中已经逐渐从注重课本知识向注重学生能力传化，尤其是数学在实际生活中的理论和实际的结合。通过近几年的课程改革实验和课堂教学改革，教师的教育教学理念和教学行为都发生了根本的转变：课堂教学体现的了扎实、稳重，创新的特点；关注点由过分关注形式转向了关注思维方式和培养学生的实践能力；课堂模式也逐渐抛弃了师讲生听的特点，采取自主探究和小组合作，学生展示的模式，体现“以学生为主体”的课堂模式。努力使学生在和谐、民主的学习氛围中体会到了数学学习的乐趣；在自主探究、合作学习的过程中感悟数学思想和方法。，
